Salt Tongue

The problem with your tongue

Is the taste of salt

That lingered there,

Like you kissed the shore

Only hours before

I graised it again.

I stab the surface

With a finger

To wager whether

The words might shake off,

(Like most curiosity),

But your mouth

Remains a mystery

As I feasts on the seasons.
